President and CEO

With a degree in Biophysical Kinesiology, Laura was set to be a physical therapist...until a knee injury changed the trajectory of her career.  With a five year stint at a large concierge company in 1994, she grew increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication between the building managers and the Concierge company managers...there was a large disconnect.  She started Virtual Concierge in 1999 and prides herself on the close-knit community and open communication she has with staff and building managers as well as the personalized service that seems to be lost in the industry.

Director of Operations

As Virtual Concierge's first official concierge in 1999, Betty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.  Besides her 30 years in the concierge field, she served as a supervisor in a prominent security company for 15 years.  She is a true expert in the field and takes emergency calls for any after-hours emergency your building may face.  Her long tenure at Virtual Concierge has nicknamed her "the mama of the company". 

Office Manager

With a lengthy bookkeeping background at Benneton and Joseph Banks as an assistant buyer, Daniela brings years of field experience to our office.  Helpful to a fault, there is no issue that Daniela cannot handle to ensure our staff and clients are satisfied.

Field Supervisor & Corporate Training

An accoladed concierge, we received so many compliments on Ebonie that we promoted her to help train other concierges.  When she is not in the field, Ebonie works tirelessly to ensure that all staff is trained and all training materials are up to date.
